1 LSS Tubular Fuel Gas Steam Boiler Introduction

    Tubular steam boiler is made up of the design of a long tubes, feed water pump supply water in the end of the tube , water in the tube through the heating period, evaporation, overheat period in order , then produced steam which is needed by the manufactory from the pipe on the box.

    It is different from vertical pipe natural circulation boiler. Tubular steam boiler is without the drum, it is made up of boiler body (Ontology container up and down, tubulation etc), external steam separator, water pump, oil pump, combustion chamber and other parts.

    It is essentially a vertical straight pipe fuel steam boiler and gas boiler.

    The characteristics of the Tubular steam boiler are compact structure , small floor coverage, save steel, high safety factor, high thermal efficiency (≥94%) ,small atmospheric pollution, carbon accord with national standard.

    Boiler realizes automatic operation in the terms of automatic ignition, flame-out protection, load adjustment, high and low water level control, overpressure protection etc.

    Boiler start-up time is short, just a few minutes to reach the required operation load.

 2 Characteristics

   1) Quick to produce steam: Big water volume, rapid heat transfer, fast heat booster. Ignition startup time is  short ,can reach the required steam after 5 minutes. The boiler is equipped with high efficiency steam separator to ensure the quality of steam.

    2) Automatic control, security: Using automatic control, easy operation. Once started, the boiler run automatically. Combustion, water level, temperature and steam pressure have the functions of automatic adjustment and automatic protection in order to ensure safe operation.

    3) Convenient installation: The whole boiler is installed and debugged in the factory with the complete equipments . After the boiler installation in place, just turn on the water, electricity, oil, gas and sewage pipes can be put into operation.

    4) Good sealed performance : The whole flue gas channel inside the boiler body, good safety.

    5) High thermal efficiency: In the boiler flue gas outlet can decorate economizer to further reduce exhaust smoke temperature, in this way the steam boiler efficiency is increased by more than 2%.
